The aim of The Latin American and Iberian Journal of Law and Economics (LAIJLE) is to promote law and economics theory in Latin America, the Caribbean and the Iberian Peninsula by increasing academic discussion and research on a cluster of inter-related topics including empirical and experimental studies and law and economic analyses about private, corporate, public, international, comparative and economic law; public welfare; conflict resolution; jurisdictional activities; and other concerns.
