The Latin American and Iberian Journal of Law and Economics

Aims & Scope

The aim of The Latin American and Iberian Journal of Law and Economics (LAIJLE) is to promote law and economics theory in Latin America, the Caribbean and the Iberian Peninsula by increasing academic discussion and research on a cluster of inter-related topics including empirical and experimental studies and law and economic analyses about private, corporate, public, international, comparative and economic law; public welfare; conflict resolution; jurisdictional activities; and other concerns.

The official languages of The Latin American and Iberian Journal of Law and Economics (LAIJLE) are English, Spanish and Portuguese. The editors of the Journal seek high quality articles in any of these three languages concerning law and economics, broadly defined.
